I really enjoyed my stay! The location was amazing-just a quick walk to several fun spots and the subway. It made getting around super easy. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond, even helping me find a dentist when I needed it. The room had all the basics and the bed was comfy enough for a good night's sleep after a busy day!
The room was quite small, which might be tricky if you have larger luggage. I also noticed some wear and tear—like a bit of mold in the bathroom and light noises from neighboring rooms, which made it a bit less peaceful at times.

The pod-style sleeping arrangement provided a unique and cozy experience. Good ventilation in the room.
The walls are paper-thin, allowing sounds from neighboring rooms to seep in, which can disrupt sleep. I noticed the bed's surface was uneven. The bathroom was small, and cleanliness could use improvement due to dust under the bed and stains on the walls.

Pod Select Hotel Shinjuku rocks with its comfy beds and super chill location! Snagging brunch at AIN SOPH. Journey Shinjuku was a highlight, and the delicious organic jams were a real treat. Plus, the friendly staff really knew how to roll with the punches, especially when we needed a dentist!
The bed was like a tatami mat, which could be a hit or miss. The shower power? Kind of a drip, but everything still had its sparkle.

Pod Select Hotel Shinjuku impressed me with its unbeatable location. So close to the Kabukicho gate, Omoide Yokocho, and national gardens. Staff members were helpful, even walking us to a nearby dentist during a rainstorm. The pod-style room worked well, though it is compact was good. Comfy bed and pillows provided a great night's sleep. I appreciated the free toiletries and good ventilation. On the downside, there were some cleanliness issues. A noticeable drip stain on the wall and dust under the beds. The shower space felt cramped. Despite some noise from the surroundings, I didn't mind since I'm a heavy sleeper. I can see how it might disturb others.

Fantastic location! Just a minute from the subway and surrounded by eateries. Plus, the staff went the extra mile to assist when I needed it. Great ventilation and comfy bedding too!
Rooms are quite tiny. Navigating around with large luggage is a challenge. Facilities could use some upgrading, and cleanliness seemed to be inconsistent .
